4.4 lemon juice
4.4 parsley
½ Cup maple syrup
Method:
Chop up the entire lemon, and put it into a blender and mix well. Clean and chop the parsley, and add that into the blender as well. Add the maple syrup and the olive oil and mix everything together until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.
Consume one tablespoon of the mixture each morning on an empty stomach until it is gone. Drink plenty of fluids and store it in the refrigerator.
